୨୧ ଏପ୍ରିଲ୍ ୨୦୨୬ରେ, କମିଶନରେଟ୍ ପୋଲିସ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର-କଟକ, ଭାରତୀୟ ରେଡକ୍ରସ୍ ସୋସାଇଟି (ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ଶାଖା) ସହ ସହଭାଗୀତାରେ, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରର ପୋଲିସ ସେବା ଭବନରେ ଏକ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗୀକୃତ “ଜଳଛତ୍ର” (ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ଶିବିର) ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ।
