Commissioner of Police, Addl CP, and DCP Bhubaneswar along with insurance companies like HDFC Life, New India Assurance, National Insurance, Star Personal and Caring, etc. joined to educate Police personnel on everything about insurance. Ensuring a secure future for those who safeguard ours.

On 23.04.24, 39 offenders booked -21 four-wheelers were booked by traffic PS 1 and 18 by traffic PS 2 under the supervision of Sri PK Rout DCP Traffic along with Sri Jayant Kumar Dora ACP Traffic and fined Rs 2,05,000 for illegal films on vehicle glasses. Let’s keep our roads safe and crime-free!

On 05.04.2024 Info Valley PS of Commissionerate Police, Bhubaneswar UPD uncovered a robbery masterminded by Somanath Jena, Dipti Ranjan Baliarsingh, Asish Kumar Das, and Smrutiranjan Sethi. Seized items comprise 3 motorcycles pivotal to the crime, a scooter, 3 mobile phones, and a significant cash haul totaling Rs. 9,69,000/-. The recovered money was returned instantly to the complainant.
On 03.04.2024 Commissionerate Police cracks down on inter-state Eragolla gang responsible for a spree of crimes including gold chain snatching, dicky breaking, car glass breaking, and cash bag snatching. 11 accused gang members had been arrested.

With 2 main suspects named Suraj Parida and Tapudhar Nayak in custody, this marks the latest success in 2024’s crackdown, total of 17 weapons seized so far.
