What is the procedure of renewal if the license has expired more than one month back.

If the renewal application is submitted within one month from the date of expiry, the licensee has to pay usual renewal @ Rs. 500/ per weapon per year and fee for initial grant of license i.e Rs. 1000/ – if the renewal application is submitted after one month from the date of expiry the licensee has to pay usual renewal fees and fees for initial grant of license and late fee of Rs. 2000/- in the office of the license cell of Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack/ O/O the Dy. Commissioner of Police, Cuttack UPD.
